Training wheels: on

A few weeks ago we took the much-delayed step of upgrading the boy from his tricycle to a bicycle with training wheels. (So one wheel actually got added, but who's counting). The girl got sole rights to the tricylce now, so she's happy too. Just need to find some flat ground to ride on now - the kiddos aren't taking too kindly to the slopes around here.

Mother's Day

Perfect weather, family time and a 30 minutes of me-time at a massage made this Mother's Day another special one! The hubberoo and the kiddos outdid themselves with handmade cards and cute gifts. Festivities began the week before at the Mother's Day Tea at the kids' preschool with goodies and tea and a renditions of "I'm a Little Teapot".

I'm Hungry...

Just thinking back to all the desi yummyness we indulged in during our Seattle trip last week! (Portland, you really need to get your Indian restaurant act together!) Getting back to Seattle, it was a 48-hour fun, frolic and food marathon. The kids had a super time with Yo and Babbu hitting it off with crazy boy energy and the princesses bonding with Mika not leaving Annika's side for a minute.

Day 1 saw us at the Family Fun Center and Day 2 mostly just eating at different locations!
