Christmas

This was our first Christmas in a long time back home in India with family. God has blessed us incredibly, and it was special to be able to share the season all together.

A night of carols and dessert

We had a bunch of family and friends over for a carols + dessert night on Christmas Eve. Was a special time, with the "house band" and a play put on by the kids. And a smorgasbord of desserts!\

Social butterflies

Ok, not quite. But there is quite a lot of activity happening all the time, and the kids are enjoying hanging around with so many folks, buzzing in and out of our neighbor's apt, babysitting cousin Anya, and generally being as busy as bees. Or butterflies.

And of course, we need our downtime.

Sports Day

The munchkins had their first school sports day. It was rather reminiscent of our school days - the heat, dusty fields, cheering crowds, drills, and kids giving their all. They both participated in running races as well as the group drills / choreographed songs, which was quite cool to watch.

Family weddings and baby dedications

We had some family events in December - a cousin's wedding, and the dedication of twins of another cousin, which meant: big family get-together! Was a load of fun meeting up with family after such a long time.
